Work with me!

Below is the list of services I offer to individuals and institutions. If you find anything worth working on, you can email your proposal and inquiry at heyjusdani@gmail.com.

speaking engagements and workshops

Honing my public speaking skills for over a decade has led to a love for educating others and engaging in meaningful discussions about topics that I am passionate about. From social issues to mental health education to career talks, I have over five years of experience as a resource speaker in events organized for high school and university students. I’ve been invited to speak at different universities and institutions in and outside of Manila, going as far as Pampanga, Batangas, Cavite, and Laguna.

For Pride 2024, I had the pleasure of chatting with Allie, Nins, and Matt (left to right) at Scrubbed’s podcast, Safe Space Yern! This episode, You’re Home, Honey!, was an opportunity to discuss DEI in the workplace, and how we can be better allies of the LGBTQ+ community.
In May 2024, I delivered my very first TEDx Talk in the Ateneo de Manila University, where I was assigned to unpack the existence of the word ‘delulu’ in online spaces and among Gen Zs, and what its implications are for the next generation. As a mental health professional, I also talked about how this can get tricky especially that delusions are a pathology in mental health.

social media collaboration

Numerous doors opened for me in real life when I began to take up more space in the digital sphere, and I want to share this platform with brands and creators who uphold the same values as I do. I have worked with brands such as Breville and Blinkist in starting conversations on wellness and education while also promoting services and products they offer.

academic services

To stay sharp in my work in the academe, I take on academic commissions that range from advising students in their thesis, to assisting students in writing academic papers. These are the services that I can provide for students, both in the undergraduate and graduate level.

non-thesis services
  1. ‎ Content validation. This is for students who are tasked to create a questionnaire intending to measure a particular construct. Test items will be evaluated and feedback will be given (verbally or in written format, whichever is preferred) to improve the instrument. A certificate of validation will be signed once completed.

  2. Editing and proofreading. This is for research papers, reports, and presentations that need to be checked before submission. Besides grammatical mistakes, the structure of the paper will also be looked into, ensuring a smooth flow of ideas.

  3. Research planning. This is for students who need guidance in starting their written work and completing it on time. From those clueless as to what they want to write about, to those who have an idea they want to execute but are too overwhelmed to find proper structure, this service aims to help students create a plan that they can follow and feel more connected to their course requirement.

  4. Tutoring. This is open to the following: (a) psychology undergraduate students who need academic support in theories of personality, psychological assessment, abnormal psychology, and/or counseling and psychotherapy; (b) high school and undergraduate students who need academic support in general electives related to humanities (general psychology, philosophy, political science, and the like); (c) students who need help with their homework in subjects related to humanities and research.

Since I charge by the hour, you have the freedom to divide the tutoring into smaller sessions (e.g., two 30 minute sessions or three 20 minute sessions).

  5. Ghostwriting. Please contact me via email to discuss which kinds of projects I am willing to accept for this.

thesis services
  1. ‎ Research planning. This is for students who need guidance in choosing a topic to write about and would like to gain more clarity as to how they are to write the introduction of their thesis. I can help you create an outline that arranges your flow of ideas smoothly and provide an action plan that can break down research planning into smaller, more doable tasks.

  2. RRL assistance. This service aims to improve and expand a student’s literature review. Besides helping with the structure of the RRL, assistance also includes looking for more relevant studies that can be used to beef up one’s RRL.

  3. Data analysis and interpretation. This service aims to assist students in analyzing and interpreting data that they have already collected. I provide feedback on how you can present your data in a clear and efficient way. This is open to qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research designs.

  4. Defense preparation. This is for students who want to prepare for their final presentation. Assistance will be provided in creating a clear and concise presentation, maximizing the time limit given, and speaking with confidence. Practice questions will also be given to ensure readiness in defending one’s thesis.
